seeking the discipline of defendant Sidney A. Brodson in such manner as the court may deem appropriate to the offense which,
if proved, he committed. AdJudged: defendant's conduct merits discipline. Discipline imposed. When the complaint was filed in this court the court appointed retired Circuit Judge Alfred L. Drury referee to take testimony
and make findings and recommendations thereon. The referee held hearings attended by the defendant and by counsel for the
parties. On February 3, 1960, he filed in this court his report, including his findings of fact and recommendations. He found
that defendant had been guilty of the conduct complained of. He recommended that no fine or suspension from the practice of
law be imposed upon the defendant in consequence of his misdeed but that defendant be severely reprimanded.
