William A. Krieger appeals from a judgment of conviction and an order of the trial court denying his motions for post-conviction relief. Krieger asked to withdraw his plea on the grounds that he had learned of a defense to the charges against him. He also asked the court to modify his sentence on the grounds that the sentence constituted "cruel and unusual punishment." Because we conclude that there has been no showing of a "manifest inJustice" and the constitutional protection against "cruel and unusual punishment" does not justify the modification of a sentence, we affirm.
